Our comprehensive training course:
Only offered once per quarter and limited to 10 participants. An organization can enroll just one sales person or more.
10-week period of training and development.
In=depth assessment with participant and GM prior to first session.
Live/virtual classroom with a group training session once per week.
Weekly one on one coaching with each participant.
Reinforcement materials upon graduation.
Comprehensive summary provided to the Owner or Top Executive.
After graduation, Sales Student will have access to ongoing weekly group calls with Jay to continue the learning and reinforcement process.
Our instructional philosophy is simple:
A Hotel Sales Person cannot learn a new selling process at a two or three day workshop.
This is no such thing as a "Quick Fix" training program if you want to achieve serious results.
Learning and owning a selling model takes time and repetitive reinforcement.
Long term behavior cannot be changed unless one engages in training, coaching and mentoring with ongoing support.
